DANCE IN THE HILLS — OLINDA Dance in the Hills (DITH) is a community of Conscious Dancers exploring Movement as Medicine, led by Jo Woods—senior Open Floor Movement Teacher. Located in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, DITH has been running since 2014. It offers an opportunity to connect authentically with our embodied selves, the spirit of the land, and a like-minded community. Each class includes lightly facilitated movement explorations to support a deepening awareness of what it means to be a fully embodied human being. ESSENTIAL INFO: No prior movement experience required (Ages 16+) LGBTQIA+ & CALD safe space | Wheelchair accessible Drop-ins and newcomers welcome! Drug & alcohol-free space. Curious & respectful minds expected. Over the course of this vibrant weekend you can expect to immerse yourself in fantastic music, lots of DANCING, mouthwatering food, camping under the stars, invigorating morning yoga, mindfulness, and a deep immersion into your connection with nature.
